Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel has some good features like convenient weekend food specials and a decent casino atmosphere. However, it's marred by issues around cleanliness and a concerning level of local police enforcement that made my stay feel a bit uneasy. Overall, it has its ups and downs, making it hard to decide if it's a place worth recommending.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite disappointing due to poor customer service and misleading pricing. While the rooms were adequately clean and comfortable, the unpleasant smell of smoke significantly detracted from the experience. I will not be recommending this place, especially for families or those sensitive to smoke.
Our stay at this hotel was surprisingly enjoyable, especially given the lower price compared to other accommodations. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the absence of breakfast options and dealt with a few minor maintenance issues. Overall, it was a good value for money despite some drawbacks.
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The one-bedroom suite was a fantastic deal, especially with the fridge and microwave included, and the heated pool was a nice touch for family fun. Unfortunately, the cigarette smoke smell from the casino was quite overwhelming, and while the restaurant served excellent food, the service was slower than expected. Overall, it’s a place with great potential but also some areas that need improvement.
We decided to give this hotel a try during our annual trip to Chimayo, NM, but it wasn't the pleasant experience we hoped for. The location was decent, and we eventually enjoyed a nice Starbucks breakfast, but the check-in process was painfully long, and the service quality has really dropped since our last stay. The hotel's connection to the casino brought an overwhelming smell of smoke, and some facilities left much to be desired. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.
